The official ground breaking ceremony was held on 1 November in Reutov in the presence of the deputy mayor of Reutov, Vladimir Pokamin.
Reutov Park will have a gross leasable area of 41,000 m2. The shopping centre will be located on the first line of Reutov’s Nosovikhinskoe Highway, within walking distance from the ‘Novokosino’ metro station, which was opened in August 2012. Anchor tenants will include a grocery hypermarket, a home appliances and electronics store, a sports goods store, a movie theatre, and a food court area.
The centre has a two-level ground parking lot for 1,100 car spaces.
Amma was established in 2007 by a private Russian investor through the recruitment of the management team of IKEA/MEGA Property Russia.
