AMF Real Estate, the property arm of pension fund AMF, has divested the Gårda 13:6 asset located near Gothenburg's central station for SEK 950 mln (€105 mln).
The buyer is Nordic private equity group Niam.
The scheme provides 37,000 m2 of space and is leased to Telia Sonera Sweden.
'We are delighted to acquire a property with a strong tenant and a good location. We believe in the area whose attractiveness is constantly increasing,' said Johan Bergman, CEO of Niam.
