New York-listed industrial space specialist AMB Property Corporation has leased the remaining 8,900 m[sup]2[/sup] of its AMB Hausbruch Industrial Center A in Hamburg, Germany. Kuehne + Nagel, a global leader in international forwarding, will use the space to accommodate its expanding business requirements. Kuehne + Nagel is now the sole tenant in this 26,685-m[sup]2[/sup] development as the firm already occupy the two other units.

Kuehne + Nagel, a global leader in international forwarding, will use the space to accommodate its expanding business requirements. Kuehne + Nagel is now the sole tenant in this 26,685-m2 development as the firm already occupy the two other units.
'We are pleased to be able to meet the growing needs of this global target customer at our state-of-the-art distribution space in a key market,' said Peter Schuijlenburg, vice president, general manager, Germany for AMB. 'They were looking for a location close to their existing operations and Hausbruch was the ideal solution.'
AMB's Europe portfolio totalled nearly 1.3 million m2 of operating and development properties as of end-March 2010, approximately 349,880 m2 of which is located in Germany.
