US giant AMB Property has acquired two connected distribution centres in the south-eastern part of Amsterdam. The financial details were not disclosed. The largest site provides an area of 18,500 m[sup]2[/sup] and has been bought from DHL. The smallest centre covers some 7,500 m[sup]2[/sup] and has been sold by Wereldhave. Both centres have been leased back to DHL. DTZ Zadelhoff advised both DHL and Wereldhave on this transaction.
