AMB Property Germany has leased nearly 90% of its recently developed logistics facility next to the Altenwerder terminal in Hamburg port. Logistics company B2B International Network has signed a lease for 10,300 m[sup]2[/sup] of distribution and office space, while shipping firm Unisped is to add another 8,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of floor space at the facility to the 15,300 m[sup]2[/sup] it is already leasing.

'As Europe's second largest port and Germany's most important hub for rail cargo, the port of Hamburg is a crucial location for companies active in the German logistics market,' Mo Barzegar, AMB's managing director in Europe, said.
