Rotterdam-based De Wilgen Vastgoed has a development portfolio of about 2,000 homes and 50,000 m2 of commercial real estate. One of its major projects is De Calypso in the centre of Rotterdam, involving 408 apartments, 5,500 m2 of office space, 1,600 m2 for retail, cafes and restaurants and 500 covered parking places.

The Randstad is one of the largest conurbations in Europe and includes the four largest cities in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam.
