Patrick van Schalkwijk has joined Dutch property developer AM as a development manager for AM Noordwest, its division in the north-west of the country.

Van Schalkwijk has been hired to focus in particular on projects in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region (MRA).

He previously worked at Fame Planontwikkeling, where he was development manager in the acquisitions team.
