Hamida Srifi-Kallali has taken over as technical asset manager for residential properties at Netherlands-based real estate investor Altera Vastgoed as of 1 August.
She will focus on the technical issues of properties within Altera’s growing residential portfolio and assets managed on behalf of Dutch and international institutional investors.
After completing her architecture studies in 2015, Hamida has worked in the engineering department of Woningborg and at MVGM Vastgoed Management where she worked a lot with Altera.
