Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed has appointed Parham Jadidi to the role of acquisition manager retail.
Jadidi spent the past year working as an independent consultant with a focus on retail real estate and prior to that as an acquisition & leasing manager at IEF Capital.
Between 2011 and 2019, he worked as a real estate advisor in the valuation & advisory division at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialised in valuing commercial real estate for financial institutions, developers, and investors.
Within Altera, Jadidi will focus primarily on the acquisition of food & convenience retail investments, particularly district and community shopping centers and supermarkets.
The appointment is in line with the growth developments of Altera’s retail portfolio and reflects its increasing assets under management on behalf of Dutch and international institutional investors.
Altera offers institutional investors access to core investment properties in the residential and retail sectors.
