Suravenir, the life insurance arm of Groupe Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, has acquired Les Quatre Chemins shopping centre in Vichy, Central France, from listed retail specialist Altarea Cogedim for EUR 38 mln.

Located in the city centre, the asset was delivered in 2002 and provides around 14,000 m2 of gross lettable area including a 3,500-m2 casino operated by Groupe Partouche and a seven-screen cinema. It also offers 450 parking spaces.
The deal was brokered by Draco Partners and Sorovim Entreprise.
