Logistics developer and investor Altarea has sold three large logistics properties, totaling almost 360,000 m2, including a planned 75,000 m2, for approximately €390 mln.
Altarea sold its Bollène (in Vaucluse) and Oseraye (in Loire-Atlantique) logistics parks to European logistics real estate company WDP.
The Bollène logistics park, located 30km north of Avignon near the A7 motorway, will eventually encompass 260,000 m2. Its strategic location facilitates distribution throughout France, Germany, Benelux, and Southern Europe. The park houses five warehouses (three currently operational and leased to major companies) and two under development. It features 25 MWc of solar panels, meeting high safety standards and holding both HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent sustainability certifications.
The 37,000 m2 Oseraye logistics park, situated along the Nantes-Rennes axis, is fully leased to Logeos (a Sofia group subsidiary) and boasts a BREEAM Very Good certification.
CBRE IM acquired the 56,225 m2 Ecoparc Côtière logistics platform in La Boisse (Ain). Located near Lyon’s A42 motorway, this fully leased facility serves Samse group’s e-commerce and distribution operations. Built with biodiversity compensation and featuring decarbonized heating, it is targeting HQE Excellent certification.
Altarea is expanding its development portfolio, with 650,000 m2 currently under construction or development—including 310,000 m2 with finalized building permits—that will boost the company’s future earnings.
