Investor-developer Alpha Industrial has announced the appointment of Mirko Fischer as its Chief Financial Officer.
In this role, Fischer, aged 42, will manage the finance, accounting, legal and tax areas.
He has more than 11 years of professional experience in the field of structuring and managing properties in Germany and Scandinavia for the international private equity company CarVal Investors, where he supervised real estate transactions with a volume of over $600 mln.
He previously spent four years working in auditing at KPMG in Düsseldorf.
