Swiss investment group Allreal has announced the appointment of Stephan Widrig as its new CEO, with effect from 1 May, 2023.
Widrig has held various management positions for the listed Flughafen Zürich since 1999 and has been responsible for the operational management of the airport operator as its CEO since 2015.
During his time at Flughafen Zürich, he was in charge of real estate management and, as a member of the executive board, was responsible for all non-aviation business areas including real estate. From 2015 he assumed overall responsibility for the company as CEO.
Widrig succeeds Roger Herzog, who announced his resignation and will leave the group’s management at the end of March 2023.
