Allianz Real Estate has acquired two office buildings at Issy-les-Moulineaux near Paris for EUR 260 mln. The vendor is a property fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management.
Built in 2002 and 2005, the schemes provide a total area of 33,000 m2 as well as 825 parking spaces. Major tenants include Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France, Groupe Elsevier's Masson as well as Locaposte.
Allianz Real Estate was advised by notary Bresjanac, Thibierge acted for the vendor.
