Allianz inks €400m refinancing for URW and CPP Investments' Westfield Centro in Germany

Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies and institutional third-party co-investors, has provided €400 mln in sustainability-linked debt funding to refinance the Westfield Centro shopping centre in Oberhausen, Germany.
