Allianz Real Estate is reportedly in advanced negotiations to buy the Sky Office building in Düsseldorf from CEE developer-investor Orco Property Group.

Allianz Real Estate is reportedly in advanced negotiations to buy the Sky Office building in Düsseldorf from CEE developer-investor Orco Property Group.

According to German magazine Immobilien Zeitung, the complex was put up for sale in 2011 with a price tag of EUR 140 mln.

Orco spent around EUR 125 mln on the construction of the 23-storey complex. The asset was delivered in 2009 and is currently let to consulting firms McKinsey and Hogan Lovells. Other tenants in the 31,100-m² office include the Dutch Consulate General.
