Allianz finances Eurosic's office package with 20-year loan

Allianz Real Estate France has agreed to refinance a portfolio of nine core office assets owned by French listed property firm Eurosic.

The loan is entirely provided by Allianz insurance companies with Allianz Leben, Allianz Vie and Allianz lending altogether €163.4 mln.

The facility is granted over 20 years, with fixed rate and a leverage of 55%.

It is secured against nine buildings, eight of which are located in Paris and one in Montrouge.

Eurosic is a French REIT with €2.6 bn of assets.
