Immovalor Gestion, a real estate fund management unit of the German Allianz Group, has acquired an office building in Loos-lez-Lille, Northern France, from Avenir et Territoires for roughly EUR 27.5 mln. The Eurasanté office building was acquired for two SCPI investment vehicles, Allianz Pierre and Allianz Pierre Valor.

Immovalor Gestion, a real estate fund management unit of the German Allianz Group, has acquired an office building in Loos-lez-Lille, Northern France, from Avenir et Territoires for roughly EUR 27.5 mln. The Eurasanté office building was acquired for two SCPI investment vehicles, Allianz Pierre and Allianz Pierre Valor.

Delivered in March 2009, the property provides 11,700 m2 of office accommodation and 300 parking spaces. It is entirely leased to pharmaceutical group Bayer Santé France, which uses it as its corporate office.

The seller was advised by notary firm Bridoux. Notary firm Begon acted for SCPI Allianz Pierre and Allianz Pierre Valor.
