Allianz and Heimstaden Bostad add €650m equity, form German JV

Allianz Real Estate, on behalf of Allianz companies, and European residential real estate company Heimstaden Bostad have injected SEK 7,000 mln (€650 mln) of new equity into their existing Swedish joint venture, using the proceeds to repay debt.
