Russia's Alfa Group has opened the first large modern shopping centre in the Slovak city of Prievidza. Named Korzo, the mall comprises 11,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of leaseable area.
Russia's Alfa Group has opened the first large modern shopping centre in the Slovak city of Prievidza. Named Korzo, the mall comprises 11,700 m2 of leaseable area.
Korzo will focus on consumer goods and services, and will provide WIFI access to customers. There is also a children's corner. Alfa Group is planning to build the second phase, which will include a multiplex cinema. Cushman & Wakefield is advising Alfa.
