Alexandre André has joined the team of KanAm Grund Group in Paris as director and head of investment management France at the end of July.
Heading the Acquisitions Department in France, he will be focused on value-added investments and new categories like living or logistics.
André reports to Alexia K. Jaeger, senior director and head of investment and asset management France.

André has over ten years of expertise in the real estate, financial research, and buying and selling of properties industries.
Prior to joining KanAmGrund Group, he held the position of associate director at Catalyst Capital; investment manager at Constructa Asset Management; investment analyst at Keops-Colliers International; and merger and acquisitions analyst at Sorbonne Finance/Fiteco CF.
Based in Frankfurt am Main, KanAm Grund Group manages nearly €7bn in client capital, with a focus on Germany. France accounts for one-third of the current company’s current transaction volume.
