Aldon Capital is a new real estate investment and asset management company established in Finland by five senior real estate professionals.
Managing director and partner Maria Söderman has over 20 years of experience in real estate markets, real estate funds and investment structures, having closed total transactions worth €800 mln.
Prior to Aldon, she has worked in Trevian, Evli Bank and Catella. MSc. Tech, MRICS.
Risto Vuorenrinne, chairman of Board and partner, has 25 years of real estate industry experience, advising international investors on transactions worth €1 bn.
Previously he worked in e.g. Trevian, Cromwell Property Group, TK Development and Ahlström. MSc. Law and MSc. Tech.
Partner Nea Alsina has eight years of real estate industry experience, both in the public and the private sectors, underwriting and modelling major transactions for leading international investors.
Prior to joining Aldon Capital, she worked in Trevian and Cromwell Property Group. MSc. Tech.
Partner Vesa Klemettilä has managed over €150 mln of demanding projects, including tenant improvement, capex, development and large energy efficiency projects.
With vast experience on managing technical and ESG aspects in the real estate industry, he worked in e.g. Trevian, Newsec and Nokia.
Finally, Stefan Söderholm, partner, has over 15 years experience in both real estate investments and debt financing for real estate transactions.
He has been involved in the structuring and establishment of various investment funds, limited partnerships, JV-investment clubs and asset management assignments for major international investors.
His previous work experience includes Cushman & Wakefield, Trevian (founding partner) and HSH Nordbank. MSc. Economics.
