Albania's private investor, Balfin Group, through its Vienna-based real estate subsidiary Balfin Austria, plans to invest €68 million in five residential projects in Austria.

The five projects in prime locations in Vienna and Gmunden in Upper Austria will add 6,900 m2 of residential space to the Austrian market.

Green Hill Suites, a luxurious gated community in Vienna's sought-after 19th district, was recognized as one of the city's top real estate projects of 2024 by leading industry experts.

Wien Mitte Living (WML) is a modern apartment complex located in the heart of Vienna, just steps from St. Stephan's Cathedral. It blends the city's historic architecture with contemporary design and is situated in the popular Wien Mitte shopping district.

Bright Side, a luxurious vacation home in Gmunden, boasts panoramic views of Lake Traunsee from its hilltop location.

Two new residential projects, Riverside Forest Residences and City Lake Apartments, will be situated in prime locations in Gmunden. Balfin is expected to unveil additional projects in the region later this year.
