Swedish residential investor Akelius has acquired 395 apartments in London for a total of £73.2 mln (€82 mln).

The vendor was not disclosed.

The 19 properties are located in various London locations and are built between 1850 and 1980.

The acquisition follows Akelius’ purchase in July of 211 apartments in the UK capital for a total of £84 mln.

Akelius, which buys, upgrades and manages residential assets, currently owns a SEK 97 bn (€10 bn) residential portfolio in Sweden, Germany, France, Canada, UK, the US and Denmark.
