International housing investor Akelius Residential Property has purchased a block comprising 183 apartments in Copenhagen for SEK 639 mln (€65 mln).
The vendor was not disclosed. The property, which was built in 1963, is located in the north western part of the city, in Frederiksberg.
The deal is expected to close in September.
Akelius, which buys, upgrades and manages residential assets, currently owns 47,000 apartments in Sweden, Germany, France, Canada, UK, the US and Denmark.
Last month, the company issued €600 mln in senior unsecured bonds to fund further acquisitions.
