The latest transaction was an all-German affair: AIK purchased an office building at Arts 19ad in the capital of Belgium for an undisclosed price from German insurance company, R+V Lebensversicherung.
Knight Frank Belgium acted for the vendor.
Located along the Avenue des Arts, in the European office district, the 5,000 m2 property was built in 1974 and was fully refurbished in 2000. Tenants include the European Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Eurochambres) as well as a representation office of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
