German fund manager AIK has acquired an office building in the City of Luxembourg for €19.5 mln.

AIK was acting on behalf of one of its funds.

The vendor of the 4,900 m2 Pasteur building was Beligian listed company Leasinvest Real Estate.

Leaseinvest said sales proceeds would be reinvested in the development of the recently acquired Rix Hotel located at the Boulevard Royal in the city.

CBRE acted on behalf of the buyer.
