German real estate investment company AIK has acquired a 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] residential building in Berlin-Mitte on behalf of a single-investor fund.

German real estate investment company AIK has acquired a 3,000 m2 residential building in Berlin-Mitte on behalf of a single-investor fund.

The 41-unit building - part of the Chausseehof building complex - was sold by a company managed by Activum SG Capital Management. The investment volume was not disclosed.

The property was built in 2001-2 within a building complex featuring a hotel, retail, office and residential space.
