AG Real Estate, the property arm of insurance group AG, has sold the Atrium building near Paris for €118 mln.
The property, which was completed by AG Real Estate in December 2010, is located at 27 Avenue des Louvresses in Gennevilliers and provides 30,000 m2 of HQE-certified office space within the Carrée 92 office park.
The Atrium scheme houses the headquarters of the Chèque Déjeuner Group.
Notaries office Alexandre, Déchin and Devriendt assisted the seller. CBRE brokered the deal.
