A 150,000 m2 logistics portfolio has just been launched for sale by landlord AG Real Estate, the property arm of Belgian insurance group AG, according to a news report by PropertyEU's sister publication Europroperty.
The package encompasses five or six logistics platforms spread across Belgium, and is being sold on a joint instruction by agents Savills and Jones Lang LaSalle for a price of €135-145 mln.
The sale is still in a preliminary phase, according to whose who track the market.
AG Real Estate’s logistics portfolio in Belgium covers a total of 380,000 m2 of space including an 80,000 m2 distribution centre in Nivelles, entirely let to Carrefour Belgium, as well as a number of assets developed jointly with Heylen Group in several cities including Bruges, Antwerp and Herentals.
