Brussels-based AG Real Estate has handed over the 90,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Cristal Campus in Gennevilliers, Paris to Thales Communication & Security.

Brussels-based AG Real Estate has handed over the 90,000 m² Cristal Campus in Gennevilliers, Paris to Thales Communication & Security.

AG Real Estate developed the site and is the owner. The property, designed by architect Art & Build Architect, includes 2,250 parking spaces.

Cristal Campus is located within the Carré 92 business park, designed and developed by the same team. Located next to an RER station as well as the A86 ring road, Cristal Campus now houses the headquarters of Thales Communication & Security headquarters the former having relocated to the Parisian suburb of Gennevilliers.
