AG Real Estate has announced the appointment of Berith Ironside Kuebler as head of international expansion, responsible for guiding the group’s direct investments in Europe outside of its home markets Benelux and France.
AG Real Estate has announced the appointment of Berith Ironside Kuebler as head of international expansion, responsible for guiding the group’s direct investments in Europe outside of its home markets Benelux and France.
AG Real Estate is a subsidiary of the major Belgian insurance company AG Insurance and manages a direct real estate portfolio of €6 bn with local teams in Belgium, Luxemburg and France.
Berith reports directly to Alain De Coster, Group Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to joining AG Real Estate, she set up and ran the German portfolio for Cityhold Property. She has 26 years of experience in different roles throughout Continental Europe in development, acquisition, and fund and asset management, and has directly acquired more than €2 bn in commercial real estate.
Berith was formerly a partner at Savills IM, led the European foreign investment team at Allianz, and was a senior fund manager at Grosvenor in Paris. Prior to these positions, she also worked at DeAWM, Strabag and Calliston.
