AFI Europe is a financial vehicle of the international holding and investment company AFI, controlled by billionaire Lev Leviev. It has interests in real estate, energy, hotels, fashion and infrastructure. In late 2005, the group said it planned to invest in the Vitosha Gardens residential project in Sofia.
