AFI Europe has received a loan of over €30 mln from Raiffeisen Bank International for the construction of the AFI Palace Ploiesti project in the Romanian city of Ploiesti.

AFI Europe has received a loan of over €30 mln from Raiffeisen Bank International for the construction of the AFI Palace Ploiesti project in the Romanian city of Ploiesti.

AFI Palace Ploiesti will be the first modern shopping centre in Ploiesti and is scheduled to open in October.

Once completed, the mall will comprise 28,500 m2 of leasable space and 1,000 parking spots.

The centre is currently about 70% leased, with anchor tenants including Cora hypermarket, Flanco Electronics and H&M.
