In the first transaction, the firm said it sold a 5,800 m2 office building in Eastern Paris for an undisclosed amount. The asset is leased to Inrap, CMP and Eltrace.
Affine, a French real estate investment trust, or SIIC, also sold two office buildings with 4,500 m2 of space leased to Energizer Group and Bluwan. The assets are located in the Espace Lumiere business park near Paris. The company said that the transaction value is in line with the appraised value of the properties at end-2007 and significantly above the 2008 value.
