Real estate firm AEW Europe has raised €85 mln for its Logistis Fund at the second close, taking its equity to €600 mln.
Real estate firm AEW Europe has raised €85 mln for its Logistis Fund at the second close, taking its equity to €600 mln.
The money comes from new and existing investors, and AEW plans to use it on logistics development in Germany and the Benelux, with €500 mln earmarked for Germany in the next two years.
Logistis fund manager Rémy Vertupier said: ‘The current portfolio is performing well and we are looking forward to investing in the German market with a number of assets already identified.’
Logistis has around €1 bn in assets, with an annual income of more than 7%.
