The asset was built in 2007 and totals over 15,000 m2 spread across two buildings, plus 112 parking spaces in the basement.
The clinic is operated by the Elsan Group, which operates in the private hospital sector in France with 140 clinics nationally. The asset is let on a 12-year lease as of 2023.
