Financial details were not disclosed. The 11,500 m2 Colisée II office located in Paris Saint-Ouen is fully let to Sage.
The vendor was advised by the Etude Wargny Katz & Associés and the buyer was advised by the Etude Oudot & Associés, the Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés cabinet and GECOB. Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle were the exclusive agents involved in the transaction.
