AEW Europe has sold a 11,648 m2 logistics platform in the Parisian suburb of Lieusaint on behalf of SCI Fonciere 1.
The platform, located in the logistics hub of Parisud-Sénart and facing the fast lane which bypasses Paris, has been acquired by an end-user active in the industrial sector. The financial details were not disclosed.
AEW Europe was advised by Monassier and BNP Paribas Real Estate's logistics team.
