AEW Europe has acquired a 5,000-m[sup]2[/sup] office building at Rue Lafayette in Paris from IVG Institutional Funds. The purchase was on behalf of the Foncière Franklin OPCI investment vehicle.
AEW Europe has acquired a 5,000-m2 office building at Rue Lafayette in Paris from IVG Institutional Funds. The purchase was on behalf of the Foncière Franklin OPCI investment vehicle.
The OPCI is majority owned by Caisse des Dépôts and is managed by AEW Europe's fund management arm. Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset is entirely leased to Figaro Aden Classified.
Law firms Lasaygues and Baker Mc Kenzie advised Foncière Franklin. Horizon Investment Management, law firms Wargny Katz and Fidal acted for IVG.
