AEW Europe has acquired the Open office building in Issy-les-Moulineaux in the southwestern suburbs of Paris on behalf of the French Public Service Additional Pension Scheme (ERAFP).
AEW Europe has acquired the Open office building in Issy-les-Moulineaux in the southwestern suburbs of Paris on behalf of the French Public Service Additional Pension Scheme (ERAFP).
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 9,200 m2 scheme is fully let and was acquired from CBRE Global Investors.
AEW Europe was advised by Prud’homme & Baum Practice while the seller was advised by Allez &
Associates Practice.
Strategies&Corp and JLL were the exclusive agents involved in this transaction.
In 2013 AEW Europe carried out over €2.7 bn of deals in Europe and the UK. The firm also raised €1.6 bn of new capital including three mandates totalling €500 mln for core and value-add strategies in the UK, France and Italy.
AEW Europe is currently marketing value-add and opportunistic funds, as well as a logistics fund, which recently held a second close bringing total capital commitments to €600 mln.
