The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The fully-let asset is split between 5,000 m2 of retail space and 3,322 m2 for offices. The retail space is let to Apple and a toy shop, La Grande Récré, while the offices are let to eight tenants including CGI, Icade, GMF and Société Générale.
AEW Europe was advised by Wargny Katz, Clifford Chance, Fidal and Denjean, while the unnamed vendor was advised by Fontaine, Roussel et Associés, Thémès and Aforge Degroof.
