Real estate investment and asset manager AEW has announced that Laetitia Archambault will join the company on 23 September 23 as head of asset management France.

Archambault will be based in Paris and will report to Raphaël Brault, CIO Europe & head of France.

Archambault will be responsible for leading the asset management team, which is in charge of developing and managing real estate strategies including management, development, renovation, marketing, valuation, and sale of assets for all AEW’s clients in France.

Actions to improve the assets’ sustainability and resilience, as well as to accelerate their energy transition, are also at the heart of all AEW’s asset management activities.

The French asset management team comprises 125 professionals who manage a 6 million sqm portfolio of more than 1,600 assets spread over multiple sectors (residential, offices, logistics, retail, hospitality and healthcare).

Archambault has 20 years of experience in the real estate asset management field. After starting her career at DTZ Asset Management, she joined PIMCO Prime Real Estate (previously Allianz Real Estate) in 2016 where she held various positions.

Promoted to head of asset management France and Netherlands in 2017, she was appointed head of development and asset management for France and the Netherlands in 2022. She holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale Marseille and a master’s in finance from ESCP.
