AEW Europe has purchased 17 Avenue Matignon in Paris on behalf of an unnamed institutional investor.
The office and retail asset comprising 7,200 m2 is located in Paris CBD and was completely refurbished in 2012.
The offices are let to Hogan Lovells law firm, while the retail space includes a Richard Mille flagship store.
AEW was advised by Oudot & Associés, Clifford Chance and Fairway.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
