European real estate fund manager Aerium has announced appointment of Henry Cartwright to the role of asset manager.
Cartwright joins the UK Asset Management team where he will be responsible for acquisition and asset management across office and retail sectors. He will be reporting to Robin Carr, Aerium’s UK head and co-chief investment officer.
He joins from Schroders where he was an asset manager for a period of three years. In this role, he held full asset management responsibility for a diverse UK portfolio which he grew through lease restructuring and a range of other value add initiatives. Prior to this, he was at JLL.
