European real estate fund manager Aerium has appointed Audrey Klein as a senior managing director and head of fundraising & business development.
In her new role, Klein will build on the team’s track record to increase Aerium’s institutional investor base with the aim of further supporting the company’s development and growth.
She joins from Park Hill Real Estate, part of the Blackstone Group, where she founded its European business in 2006 and has since acted as managing principal, establishing over 200 investor relationships across the Continent.
Prior to this, Klein spent five years running Caskar Partners in Munich, marketing alternative funds across all asset classes including private equity, real estate and hedge funds to a range of European investors.
She commenced her career at Bank of America in San Francisco doing syndication across various sectors before co-founding a real estate fund for the group in cooperation with Boston Capital.
