Belgian healthcare property specialist Aedifica has announced the acquisition of a total of 13 sites in Finland and the Netherlands for over €100 mln.

Aedifica bought a portfolio of 10 recently built healthcare sites spread across nine different cities in Finland for €82 mln. The assets offer a total of 542 units and are operated by 6 local and national operators. They are let on the basis of irrevocable double net leases with a WAULT of 10 years. The initial gross rental yield amounts to 6%.

In the Netherlands, Aedifica has acquired 2 healthcare sites and one redevelopment project in Apeldoorn, Leiderdorp and Zwolle for €21.5 mln. The properties have a total capacity for 74 residents & 63 children and are operated by four professional private & non-profit operators.
