European living specialist Aedifica has announced the appointment of Erwin Drenth as new country manager in the Netherlands.
Drenth brings more than eight years of experience in healthcare real estate and senior housing. At Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors – where he previously developed new healthcare concepts – he was director of Dutch Healthcare Investments responsible for the strategy and growth of healthcare real estate investments.
Together with his six-person team, Drenth will continue Aedifica's growth story in the Dutch market. Since its first investments in the Netherlands in 2016, Aedifica has built up a portfolio of 74 buildings with a value of approximately €630 mln. Together, these buildings can accommodate more than 3,300 residents.
