CEO David Martínez emphasizes that this focus will solidify their position as a leader "in both volume and quality of the land bank." He added that the company would "continue studying market opportunities across Spain to underpin the sustained, efficient growth of the business."

Aedas Homes has been busy acquiring new land for development over the past three years. Their total investment since FY 2021 has reached €714 mln, securing land with the potential for 8,410 new homes. This strategic land acquisition ensures Aedas Homes has a strong pipeline of projects through FY 2028.

The homebuilder has focused on targeted investments in areas with proven demand, particularly the Madrid and Eastern regions. Their land acquisition has steadily increased year-over-year, with €222 mln invested in FY 2023 (ending March 2024), a 12% rise from the prior year.

Thanks to these acquisitions, Aedas Homes now boasts a diverse land bank with the capacity to develop over 14,200 homes. This translates to potential annual sales exceeding €1 bn and covers an estimated 4.7 years of their business goals.

Beyond direct acquisition, Aedas Homes is actively pursuing co-investment opportunities with institutional investors and family offices.

"We have significant annual capacity to co-invest," concluded Martínez, "and intend to keep closing these agreements and utilizing third-party capital."
