Spanish real estate developer Aedas Homes, owned by U.S. fund Castlelake, is investing €50 mln in the Nerva residential project in Denia near Alicante.
The works, carried out by San José Constructora, are progressing at a good pace to meet the delivery deadline, scheduled for April 2024.
The Nerva development will comprise 195 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with terrace, garage and storage room and 9,000 m2 of outdoor common areas in which there will be spacious gardens designed by the renowned landscape architect Gustavo Marina.
These areas will house a 400 m2 swimming pool, in addition to a splash zone, a recreational area and swimming pool, gym, social club, and co-working.
Azucena Esperanza, Aedas Homes’ development manager in Valencia and head of Nerva, said: ‘The project has aroused great interest, as shown by the high rate of commercialization, with 35% of the homes already sold. Nerva is very well connected to the Alicante municipality, very close to the marina, from where it is easy to access the AP-7 or the N-322 via different roads such as the CV-725. In this way, residents will be able to quickly reach other destinations such as Jávea, Oliva, Calpe or Gandía.’
The development stands out for its central location, very close to the sea, while the Nerva building integrates and protects the historic heritage buildings of the Islamic wall of the Atarazanas (12th century) and the Victorian building of La Senia de Oliver.
Nerva is the fourth Aedas Homes development in Denia after the Marina Real project (comprising Marina Real I, Marina Real II and Marina Real III), where it has lauanched nearly 700 homes.
